Frederick Heating and Air Conditioning is family owned and operated! Michael T. Remsburg is the owner, and works the administrative side, while his son-in-laws, Phil Clark and Ronnie DePasquale, run operations. We’ve been providing services to Frederick County, MD since 1994! It is our mission to help our customers alleviate the financial pains of repairs and replacements, which is why we don’t charge any trip or service charges: All you pay for is the repair or replacement! We offer true free estimates on all our services: no strings attached! We also offer free second opinions, which would normally cost you another trip charge! Not us - our estimates are absolutely free!

We specialize in system replacements, whether it’s standard or high efficiency, hybrid systems, or even oil-to-heat pump conversions!
